Adeyemi Ibironke -
Adeyemi is the
Principal Partner at RoundHouse (Nigeria and US) and licensed to practice law in both Nigeria and the State of New York, USA. Adeyemi has extensive experience representing both individual and corporate clients in complex, cross-border civil, commercial, and criminal litigation suits including FCPA-related matters, immigration applications, debt recovery, and intellectual property actions. Adeyemi also has vast experience in Nigerian real estate advisory which is not limited to dealing with state and federal regulatory and supervisory agencies.
Adeyemi obtained his law degree from the University of Benin in the course of which he was appointed a judge of the Law Students' Association (LAWSA) Jural Court. After immersing himself in the practice of law in Nigeria, he thereafter attended the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) from where he received a Master's degree in International Criminal Law and Justice. In the course of this program, his appreciation for people from all over the world was rewarded by his appointment as the commencement speaker. Adeyemi is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria and a Certified Management Consultant.
Adeyemi remains committed to providing qualitative legal services to society including the indigent. As often as possible, he endeavours to take on pro bono cases to help the downtrodden to get justice as well as filing public interest actions to develop jurisprudence in Nigeria.
